## Model: Monthly or annual subscription

Savvy operates on a **subscription model**, scaled by the number of rooms/units of the property. There is a single all-inclusive plan — no separate feature tiers (Basic/Standard/Enterprise).

- **Billing**: monthly or annual. Annual billing includes a discount equivalent to roughly 2 free months.
- **Time to go live**: under 7 days — full setup and onboarding handled by Savvy's team.

- Guest App / WebApp (upselling and cross-selling for guests, no app download required)
- WhatsApp Business AI Automation (pre-arrival, during-stay, and post-stay automated flows)
